In the current circumstances, the delivery times for your orders may fluctuate depending on the restrictions in your area. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to reach out to our customer service for any assistance you may need.

For domestic orders: expect delivery within 10-14 business days, with the specific date provided at the time of order confirmation.

Pre-orders: will be delivered within 60 days.

Please note that standard deliveries do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as working days.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Chandigarh. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

TRACKING PACKAGE

After your order has been processed and dispatched, you can track it using the tracking number provided on the shipping agency's website. We'll email you the tracking number and details about the shipping agency once your order is shipped. Additionally, you can monitor your order's progress on our website by clicking on the "Order Status" link located under "Customer Assistance" in the footer.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us. To ensure swift delivery, please furnish a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code, along with a mobile number. This information will expedite the delivery of your order.

We welcome payments via all leading debit and credit cards, such as Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Additionally, we offer Net Banking facilities through major banks. You can also choose to pay using Razor Pay or CC Avenue.
