Refunds & Exchanges

At Elsa Design Co., we strive to guarantee a smooth transaction process on our website. We prioritize excellence in product delivery, maintaining stringent quality standards. Our policy entails no returns or exchanges for products delivered in perfect condition as per the placed order. Nevertheless, if there's a wrongful delivery (the item doesn’t match the order confirmation) or a legitimate quality/manufacturing flaw, we're committed to offering a full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

 

GENERAL

To initiate a return, exchange, or report any transit-related damages, please contact our Customer Care on the same day:

 1.Via mail at elsadesignco@yahoo.com available from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.

 2.Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the products for any signs of tampering, missing items, or damage/breakage. Note any issues with the delivery receipt provided by the courier partner.

 3.Keep the packaging of any damaged products until our insurance adjuster assesses the breakage.

Our customer care team will address the matter and respond within 48 working hours.

 

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return a product if it does not meet your expectations or if there is a quality/manufacturing flaw. Our Exchange & Refund Policy is designed to cater to the unique nature of our products, granting us the discretion to resolve any issues as we see fit. Each request for return or exchange is handled individually, and we encourage you to reach out to our team for swift resolution.

In case of eligible refunds, the refund will be processed withing 5-6 business days.

Refunds will not be issued under certain circumstances, such as when a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, when there are two unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the recipient refuses the package.

Please note that products purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned to in-store. Before accepting delivery, please ensure the merchandise is in good condition and hasn't been tampered with. If you suspect any damage during transit, retain the original packaging (including price tags, invoices, and labels) until our team can inspect it. Additionally, kindly note any details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of simply signing it as 'received'.
